  1. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, you may return it to Spike within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, you must first request a Return Authorization Notice from Customer Service by calling 800-530-1940. Outside the United States, call 719-473-5500. Customer Service will not process returns without a Return Authorization Notice.
  3. Spike must receive all returned items within 60 days of your purchase date. A printed copy of the Return Authorization Notice must be inside the package.
  4. The cost of shipping returned products to Spike is the responsibility of the customer.
